Found these pictures on my phone from when I landed in Delhi. These are from when the demonetisation happened and you can see people being interviewed by news channels and people queuing up to get some money out.
I was able to change my notes as I had just a few with me and a friend who was heading to the bank that day to get his changed managed to do it for me. I had spent the better part of my day queuing up at atms before I could get the notes changed.
Crazy times!
