Project Delta 001- "Saving Your Fleets"

I would like to offer a service to rescue your fleet.
If the planet of user "B" has been seiged by user "A".
A has intention to attack on B later. May be his attack is on the way.
B has 2 options to do..

Break the seige and deploy troops to a safe location.
Defend the attacking force if option 1 has no time to perfrom.

So there will be C to do this service if B is unable to perform this two option but he want to rescue his troops..
C will be you, me and someone else.
C can do this in two ways. Diplomatically or by using forces.
Primary objective is to deploy your ships to a safe location.

We need to set a price for this job.
I think the ships to rescue will be the price and it will be fair for both of them. B want to rescue his troops for later use so he can pay with steem for that troops. This is the basic idea of this job/task.

What would be the cost to rescue your fleet?.

I calculated using 0.3 Steem per Corvette.

Who need this service?

He has troops but it is far away and you can not defend in time.
Ii is not enough to rescue your ships by buying the amount of steem you need to ask to rescue your ships.
To reduce pressure on your ships.

What is the duty of customer "B"?

He need to give the rescuing fees first.
He need to coordinate with the rescuer. (need to move the troops after the seige is over)

What is the duty of rescuer?

Rescuer need to protect the customer's ship. He need to give compensation if he can not protect. eg If customer lost 10 corvettes, rescuer has to give 10 corvette back to customer. Resources are neglected in this case.
His duty is finished when customer's ships leave to a safe location.
He can choose how will he protect customer's ships. option 1 or option 2.
He has right to refuse to jobs based on the enemy strength and distance of the customer's planet.

Fees

Minimun of 5 Steem fees will be apply.
20 to 50% disicount will be apply to the price mention above.. (please check table above).
No maximun fees is set currently.
