I sent ether to the EOS contract address and after I generated the public and private key but I still cannot map the public key to myetherwallet and as such I cannot get my EOS token, I need assistance

How can I map my Eos keypair to myetherwallet because I have tried several times and I cannpot get my eos token

I sent ether to EOS contract and I have been trying to claim my token and it has failed to work even when I increase Gas Limit it state (Window blocked) can you give me guideline on how to claim my token

is there a way to contact EOS because I sent ether and until now I cannot get my EOS token its says window blocked when ever I want to claim
