Planes are much easier to track than birds; being so high up helps. I thought it was interesting to follow a propeller plane; its flight path seemed as smooth as a jet's might have been. It was flying a bit lower than I see many jets fly, below the clouds. The white and blue created a nice background for the metallic craft as it cut through the sky.
