This was a fairly small spider that I was able to get more detail on than I expected; even the pattern on its abdomen was something I could only see through my lens once magnified. It almost looks as if it is floating and not even attached to the web, but this spider doesn't need much to be able to cling on and can move quite fast when it wants or needs to. Once a prey lands in its web, the spider will know it has some nourishment stored, and all the work in making this web will have been worthwhile.
