I think Cebu City offers the best pares menu, although haven't taste that yet pa. There are so many paresan everywhere in the country. Here in Bulacan, there are many food stores selling pares with malapot na sabaw at super tamis. But, this one is enticing also their place looks clean. Enjoy. Followed you.
