As requested in this Task Request by 
Changes:
- menu does not collapse anymore since there's only one menu item (commit)
- fixed mobile margins, paddings, font sizes etc. (commit 1, commit 2, commit 3, commit 4, commit 5)
- slightly improved button styles (commit)
- replaced button in header by one for the npm package and one for the docs (commit)
- added logo to navbar and as favicon (commit)
