Ethlance.com is an interesting new platform. It is similar to Freelancer.com or Upwork.com but without fees and it uses ethereum for payments. It is also a completely trustless system so basically there are no fees needed. Another great thing about Ethlance is that it is a rising platform in the freelance and outsourcing space and there is still low compettition so freelancers have a much better chance of landing those projects versus Freelancer or Upwork where the space is terribly crowded.
