So yummy!
I visited Israel 🇮🇱 a few years ago to attend a friend's wedding and fell in love with the Middle Eastern food I ate there. I became seriously addicted to hummus, which is made by mashing chick peas and mixing them with a sesame sauce called tahini, and started making it myself from time to time. I live in an area with many immigrants from the Middle East and its neghboring countries, so there are many stores that sell Middle Eastern foods and ingredients. When I went to the store, I was initially felt with a few strange looks, "What is this Asian guy doing in a store like this?" But after a few times i visited the store, I was able to establish myself as an "Asian who occasionally buys Middle Eastern food ingredients". Haha! LOL! I buy tahini every time I go there, thinking that if I could speak a little Arabic, we would become friends in a heartbeat.

Lebanese restaurant
I am such a fan of Middle Eastern food, and the other day I had a chance to try some authentic Middle Eastern food. I found a restaurant that serves Lebanese food 🇱🇧 and went there to eat. I ordered my favorite dish, hummus, and thought to myself, "I want to remember this authentic taste and recreate it at home! " I ate it with the thought, "I want to learn this authentic taste and recreate it at home again! I knew that my YouTube recipe tasted like something was missing. I think it's some kind of spice which is missing, but if I coukd add it, it seems it would get closer to the authentic taste. Hmmm, which spice is it?

I've heard of other regions eating hummus as well, such as Turkey 🇹🇷 and Morocco 🇲🇦. If anyone knows anything about it, please let me know 🤩. Thank you, #Hivers #Hammus #tasty

イスラエル🇮🇱に友人の結婚式に出席するために数年前に訪問し、そこで食べた中東料理が大好きになりました。豆をすりつぶし、そこにゴマのソースを混ぜたハムスにはまじではまり、自分でもたまに作るようになりました。わたしの住んでいる地域は中東から移民した方々にたくさん住んでいる地域で、中東系の食材を取り扱っている店がたくさんあります、そしてそこで本格的なゴマソース、タヒーニを購入しハムスを作っています。店に行くと、「このアジア人はなんでこんな店にきてるんだ？」と少し奇異な目で初めは見られましたが、数回その店に通うと顔も覚えられ、「中東料理の食材をたまに購入するアジア人」の地位は確立できました。少し、アラビア語でも話せたら一挙に仲良くなれそうだけどと思いつつ、毎回、タヒーニを購入しています。

そんな中東料理大好きなわたしですが、先日、本格的な中東料理を食べて来ました。レバノン🇱🇧料理のレストランを見つけ、早速食べに行きました。わたしの大好きなハムスも注文し、この本格的な味を覚えてまた家で再現したい！と思いながら食べました。やっぱり、わたしの作るYouTubeのレシピは味は何かが欠けている味がします。何かのスパイスだと思うのですが、それを入れるときっと一挙に本格的な味に近づく感じがします。うーん、どのスパイスなのかな？

トルコ🇹🇷、モロッコ🇲🇦など、他の地域でもハムスを食べると聞いています。もし、誰か知っていたら教えてください🤩
