Not because you've merited it or deserve it
Broken down every wall not because you're the perfect one
Those walls were built for a purpose
I do not want to regret that decision
Like a grenade shatters into pieces every animate or inanimate objects
Know that you'll always be safe with me
Space and distance can't create limits between us
For communication has broken those limitations
I hate that you're far away
I sometimes wish i didn't demolish those walls
Or trust you the way I do now
The sound of your voice in my head
Reminds me of the crack in my heart that you're long gone
If tears could measure how much I want you back so soon
Then I wouldn't be writing this
