I thought to drop this here this morning. Well it’s not one of my regular posts though. This one was inspired by 
Wake up time for me is usually 5:00am so that I can spend 30 minutes with the Holy Spirit. Well there are days when I skip this time but I try to ensure I take out 30 minutes out of my day to communicate and fellowship with God. Days I don’t do this, well the results shows forth in my activities during the day.
Always start your day with the Word of God.
Some Christians marvel at the testimonies they hear, see or encounter from their fellow Christians. First of all, I need to note that Christianity is not a religion, it’s a lifestyle. You live it, you practice it. Now for you to enjoy every bit of it, there is one secret which you must have… THE HOLY SPIRIT.

Ephesians 5:18- and be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess: but be filled with the spirit.
This verse shows and gives us the secret to living a transcendent life in Christ. Do not think as an ordinary believer when you say things like “I’m born again that’s all that matter”. As a Christian being filled with the Holy Spirit is not an option. You can’t run the Christian race with the human sense alone. You’re a spirit being, therefore you must function as one. The key to unlocking the door to the spirit realm lies within you once you are born again.
How do you get filled with the spirit?
When you want something desperately, you desire it at all times. You engage yourselves in activities or do that thing that would cause your desire to come to pass.
So yes, you desire it first in your heart.
Ephesians 5: 19-21 says
Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs. Singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord: Giving and making melody in your heart to the Lord: Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ: submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.
The above verse says it all. So practice it every day. Before you go to work, when you arise from you bed in the Morning, before you lead in worship, before you go out for evangelism, get full with the Holy Spirit. For the words you speak are not your words but God’s and these words carry power to cause dynamic changes both the physical and in the spiritual realm.
