My opinion.
I think that we should not feel obliged to publish in Steemit, the most sensible thing is to do it when we are well with ourselves, in peace, tranquility and harmony; to share a post that is really worthwhile and you can easily appreciate the great work and dedication that led to the same, is what calls the attention of readers.
Of course, we will not publish once a month, leave the account and enter from time to time, it is not recommended. I would define it this way:

With writing at least 2 or 3 times a week in Steemit, not to leave our account in the abandonment would be more than good and we would have enough time to create something really worthwhile and surprise the users in the community, since That's what it's about, to be proud of our work here.
Personal experience.
Writing daily can be a challenge and even more, when Steemit is not your only occupation, being a university student this consumes a lot of time and energy in me day by day, requires a lot of organization and willpower to bring content to Steemit.
Today I take Steemit with a little more calm, since I do not see the need to "1 post daily", I prefer to write when I'm in the mood and from time to time inspire me in a great post and hopefully receive support expected by the community.
