Hello everyone,
now that HIVE arrived at a certain stability and that all known bugs have been resolved, I suggest and request that we think hard.
An old saying reminds us that "you can learn from your own mistakes" and I believe that all of us, at least the more experienced ones, well know what are the mistakes to avoid.
We also know HIVE need of the efforts of everyone to move it forward and make it work.
What I think we need is the raw material: the users... in large numbers.
But to pull in new users, we should make a better show of ourself externally and this can only happen through a positive attitude that tries to make itself understood and that does not exclude the general public.
How do we achieve it?
Putting aside personal selfishness.
Also putting things in perspective from our current position and keeping in mind the mistakes of the past.
A loss of gain today could be an exponentially high return in the future.
Therefore, any vote given to who put some passion and heart behind a content he does rather than to a friend that doesn’t put the same effort into it, could be the principle of a virtuous circle that can have knock-on effects:
Users see its commitment recognised ---> greater desire to produce quality posts ---> higher quality platform ---> great attraction for new users ---> more publicity ouside HIVE ---> greater appeal to HIVE ---> birth of thematic communities ---> rise of Hive quotations.
As can be easily imagined, a meritocratic system could be the key to action for a progressive HIVE.
We were lucky enough to have an unprecedented hype thanks to situation which has arisen with Justin Sun and the Hard Fork from which is born HIVE and we must not waste it because of the usual selfishness.
Fortunately there are already communities or groups of curators which are focusing their effort on this aspect.. Amongst others, I could cite 
So in a nutshell, I think it’s important to start having a medium/long-term vision, rather than focusing only on immediate gain.
Far be it for me to demonise those who withdraw Hive as I believe that a blockchain like HIVE it's also a way to round off and to indulge in some whim!
But what I'd like to focus attention today is a mindset that we should acquire.. where the center of it all is the author and everything is built around Him.
