Long ago, the U.S. found it was less expensive to "lose" equipment than it was to bring them back, Stateside. People wonder where that $862 Billion budget goes to? Well, there it goes. Remember that in the last 15 years the Pentagon has lost $6 TRILLION that is totally unaccountable.
