arthur.grafo4@arthur.grafo4, There are very strict rules that must be adhered to in all three types of trials, civil, criminal and "Senate/impeachment". I do have to agree it sounded very much like I was espousing "Dem Crap" but then again, I have been known to espouse "Pub Crap". I am personally Non-Partisan" hoping to be a fair American...
My biggest "whine" was the fact that both McConnell and Graham publicly stated they were going to support the Pres "no matter what" and then they got appointed to the Jury by ol' Mediocre Mitch himself and they both signed the "Oath of Impartiality". I felt very bad for Justice Roberts in that instance, but then again, he allowed it. Mediocre Mitch, then disallowed any and all evidence and testimony to be presented and again, Justice Roberts allowed it.
If this fiasco doesn't destroy the faith in the Congress of the U.S. I honestly do not know what will. (side note: Wind just gusted here in excess of 65 knots) Whether Drumpf actually abused his executive authority or not, the American Citizens had the right to see the evidence. and for the "Drumpf"mention, it is his familial name in Germany. His grandfather was denied re-entry in 1906 when the German gov't found he had defrauded the U.S. Gov... I guess "the Donald" is ashamed or something.
