Story #47: My future self is watching over me with the magic of time [ESP/ENG]

I started the New Year determined to forget the past, until a package arrived dated December 31st of the following year. This had to be a bad joke; April Fool's Day had passed, so why would they be doing this? It was probably just a box meant to scare me.

Cautiously, I opened it so I wouldn't get scared, even though I knew it would be something like that. I mean, even though we know it will scare us, we'll go ahead, but this time cautiously. I opened it carefully, but strangely, it wasn't what I expected.

I was surprised to see everything the box contained. It seemed like it wouldn't have much, but the reality was quite the opposite. At first glance, there was a letter stating that all of these were objects that would help me during the year.

There was something peculiar in the letter: that I would gradually awaken my abilities, and that I should be careful using them because one of them is controlling time. That's why the letter sent me all these objects and important notes that could help me in all sorts of ways, things that would be useful to me as time went on. This has to be a joke, I don't think this can really happen, but to test it, since it's coming up soon, let's play the lottery if all this is true.

The next day I went to buy the ticket. They gave specific instructions about what time I should arrive and buy the third ticket within that time, which seems strange to me, but hey, if it means I'll have a lot of money, I'm not one to object.

I waited patiently until it was time to buy the ticket. After buying it, I left, wondering if I could really win, but I wouldn't lose much because if I did, I could win a lot and lose almost nothing.

I waited patiently until they announced on television who the lottery winner was. I ended up winning! I hadn't expected to win at all. I jumped for joy. So, was all this really happening? I was so happy. Now I could go and collect my prize.

I happily went to collect my unexpected prize. When I got home, I'd read everything else to see if there was anything interesting that could help me.

As I read and saw more things, it said that once I won the lottery, I should disappear for a while, or they'd be looking for me to do bad things to me because lotteries are used to hunt down people who somehow control time. I knew it wasn't just luck that someone won the lottery.

But wait a minute. I have to get out of here quickly before they find out where I live. But where will I go? Well, there's money. I have to hide. But what will these people be like? Well, I'll have to wait until I'm ready and leave quickly.

While I was in a safe place, I saw on television that they had attacked the area where I lived. How is that even possible? It's a good thing I left that place early, because I don't know what would have happened if I had stayed any longer. But when will I be able to awaken my power to control time?

I hope everything turns out alright. Well, I'm taking care of myself, so to speak. My only salvation is that little box. I hope everything goes well and I can at least have a peaceful life.

Comenzó el Año Nuevo decidida a olvidar el pasado, hasta que llegó un paquete con fecha del 31 de diciembre del año siguiente, pero este debe ser una broma de mal gusto, ya paso el día de los inocentes para que estén haciendo esto, lo más seguro es una caja que para espantarme.

Con cautela la voy abriendo para poder no asustarme a pesar de que sé que será algo así, digo a pesar de que sabemos que nos asustará ahí vamos, pero ahora con cautela, al abrirla lo hice con cuidado, pero extrañamente no había nada de lo que imaginaba.

Quede sorprendida al ver todo lo que contenía la caja, parecía que no contendría muchas cosas, pero la realidad fue lo contrario, en donde había de primera vista carta donde mencionaba que todo esto eran objetos que me ayudaran durante este año.

Había algo particular que decía la carta que iré despertando mis habilidades de poco a poco, donde tuviera cuidado al usarlos porque uno de ellos es controlar el tiempo que es por eso que pudo enviarme todos estos objetos y notas importantes que me pudieran ayudar en todo tipo de aspectos que me serian útiles conforme pasara el tiempo. Definitivamente esto tiene que ser una broma, no creo que realmente esto pueda suceder, pero para probarlo que es una fecha cercana vamos a sacarnos la lotería si en verdad es cierto todo esto.

Al día siguiente fui a comprar el boleto en donde dieron instrucciones específicas de a qué hora debería llegar y comprar el tercer boleto dentro de ese tiempo, el cual me parece extraño pero bueno si eso me hará tener mucho dinero no soy quién para objetar.

Estuve esperando pacientemente hasta que llegó la hora de comprar el boleto, ya me fui del lugar después de comprarlo a donde me fui pensando si realmente podría ganar, pero no perdería mucho porque si fuera podría ganar mucho y no perder casi nada.

Estuve esperando pacientemente hasta que anunciaron en la televisión quien fue el ganador de la lotería, en donde termine ganando, no me esperaba que ganaría, salte mucha felicidad entonces en verdad todo esto es verdad, me alegre mucho ahora puedo ir a cobrar mi premio.

Fui contenta a cobrar mi premio que no me esperaba ganar, entonces cuando llegue a casa leeré todo lo demás haber si hay algo interesante para que pueda ayudarme.

Al leer y ver más cosas que habían, había dicho que una vez que ganara la lotería que me desaparezca por un tiempo o estarán buscándome para hacerme cosas malas debido a que las loterías se usan para cazar personas que controlan de alguna forma el tiempo, lo sabía no era mera suerte que alguien ganara las loterías.

Pero espera un momento entonces tengo que irme de aquí rápido antes de que sepan donde vivo, pero adonde iré bueno hay dinero hay que esconderse, pero como serán esas personas bueno tendré que aguardar la necesario e irme rápido.

Al estar en un lugar seguro vi en la televisión que incidieron en donde vivía, pero como puede ser posible, lo bueno que me salí antes de ese lugar, porque nos que hubiera sucedido si me hubiera quedado más tiempo, pero en qué momento podre despertar mi poder para controlar el tiempo.

Espero que salga todo bien bueno me estoy cuidando yo misma por así así decirlo, entonces mi única salvación es esa cajita, espero que salga todo bien y poder tener una vida por lo menos tranquila.
