Apple used to be a company of innovation, of imagination. They used to release products that were genuinely special and unique, products. Starting with the release of the 2013 Mac Pro, which is disappointingly the most recent refresh of their pro machine, their products have been extremely under powered for the price. For half the price of the highest specced model Mac Pro, in 2013, you could purchase a twice as powerful powerful Windows based workstation or gaming PC.

Fast-forwarding to 2015, after many small product refreshes, the Macbook was released. This laptop has only a single USB type C port and a headphone jack, comparing this to the thinnest Windows laptops at the time, it's dissapointing.

Apple's newest Macbook Pro with touch bar is a disgrace to pro users and is more gimmicky than useful. Performance on this "pro" machine pales in comparison to much cheaper windows alternatives, not to mention those laptops actually have touchscreens. The Macbook Pro seems to be made for one thing, Final Cut Pro. At least that's what reviewers say.
