The price bounced from $1.13 to $1.18 for a bit, and it鈥檚 back to $1.13 levels. I made a buy at $1.13 and sold at $1.18. If I buy back now, at 1.13, I鈥檝e earned myself a few extra Hive, if I follow this pattern, I could very much increase the quantity of Hive I started this trade with over the next couple of weeks.

Well, it just so happens that I didn鈥檛 pull the trigger, I don鈥檛 even know why, and it turned out well. For some reason Bitcoin lost 10% more from $43,000 in 24hrs, the entire market felt it, hence the drop. Bitcoin is currently at $36,000.
But I still think we are in the buy zone for Hive as I said in the last post, the perfectionist in me wants to get in at the perfect time as if there鈥檚 anything like that.
And this is how I chicken out.
But I鈥檓 playing to enter at a lower price because I鈥檓 not exactly sure about what鈥檚 happening right now in the general space, I was occupied today and the only two times I looked at the charts, I saw a bleeding market. A friend sent me a link that was saying something about Chinese banning Bitcoin mining again.
I seriously don鈥檛 want to believe there鈥檚 really anything like that so I didn鈥檛 even pay it more attention, after writing this post, I鈥檓 going to spend some time reading posts on Leofinance, I鈥檓 sure someone must have said something, Edicted maybe.
Yesterday I curated 2 posts particularly talking about Russia banning Bitcoin mining. Could it have something to do with all of this? I called it a bluff anyway, I watched a documentary back in the day that showed the relationship Vitalik Buterin had with the President of Russia.
The Russian govt fully backs Ethereum. Due to the fact that Vitalik is half Russian and creator of Ethereum, so if anything like a Ban on Bitcoin is happening, it is nothing other than propaganda because they know fully well the capability of Bitcoin blockchain and will push Ethereum.
Anyway, whatever the reason for the dump is, Hive is the best place to be. Hive is actually the best place to be in both trends, when Hive is low, a lot of people enter into fear mode and reduce their activities, it is a chance for other people to get discovered, people are able to accumulate more Hive from post rewards,....
....and then all it will take is for the market to turn around again which it eventually will and those people who have remained consistent and unswayed will realize how rich they鈥檝e become. We鈥檝e seen it happen time and time again.
When the price of Hive is high, post rewards are also high, but rewards in Hive is reduced, people have the opportunity to save their rewards in hbd and use it to generate a 12% apr and also reinvest in Hive to increase their holdings. The way I see it, both market trends don鈥檛 go wrong on Hive. Now tell me where else you can get that.
Ultimately, we will come out of this as we always do. You only loose when you stop playing.
