For the life of me, I still can't understand why cryptocurrency (mainly BTC and ETH) are correlated to the general market patterns of the stock market.

For the life of me, I can’t seem to understand this either. Some people have tried to explain, it makes sense but it doesn’t make sense to me.

To me, it feels like people still don't really understand what it is they are purchasing when they get involved with cryptocurrency and are rather just simply speculating like they would with stocks and options.

Most don’t. And unfortunately they are the people that saturates the place the most
