I鈥檓 a bag holder as much as you want to call me, I won鈥檛 even deny it, I鈥檝e been holding the same things that either brought me into this space or that kept me here up until now. It鈥檚 kind of like a blue print
I came into this space because there was a possibility of a future that I desire, having recognized the way the world works and the major roles technology and finance are playing in shaping our future, how do I best position myself to be at the front seat of this evolution, this was how I realized that crypto was the best foot forward.
Beyond Bitcoin
Considering matters of safety was how Bitcoin came into play, but even better, I found Hive which served as an Avenue to trade value for crypto while offering even higher levels of safety and stake in a future was a better idea. Then it hit me.
From there an idea was created that combined technology with ownership of ingame items, made sense to me, Splinterlands was born, built on the same technology that brought me here鈥nd this why I got into Splinterlands.
After getting all this assets, how do I move them around when I needed to without relying on central entities? This was what led me to THORChain. And how do I tell people about my adventures in this space, where do I find likeminded people experiencing similar things? This was what led me to InLeo which was formerly Leofinance.
Power plays
These are the things that form my bags today, same things that brought me and kept me here all along and they are most likely why I鈥檒l be here in years to come.
Many people are in this space for different reasons, what unites us all is the fundamental belief in a decentralized future鈥攁 future where autonomy, privacy, and empowerment are not just buzzwords but the core values driving innovation.
For me, it's not just about the potential financial gains; it's about being part of a movement that redefines what value means and how it's exchanged.
The journey has not been without its challenges. Volatility is a constant companion, regulatory uncertainty looms, and the learning curve is steep. But the rewards鈥攂oth tangible and intangible鈥攁re what keep us going.
Bags as tickets
Through projects like Hive, Splinterlands, THORChain and InLeo, we're not just witnessing the evolution of finance and technology; we're actively participating in it. We're not just holding tokens; we're holding the pieces of a new world that we're helping to build.
And the beauty of this ecosystem is that it's open to everyone. It's not just developers and technophiles who get to shape this future; it's also users, content creators, gamers, and everyday people who share their experiences and feedback. This is the essence of a decentralized future, a collaborative effort where everyone has a stake and a part to play.
Playing mine gives me joy and if this is what being a bag holder means then I鈥檓 happy to be one. The efficacy of the bags I hold have a pivotal role to play in the future of finance and technology and recognizing it and playing actively in it will surely pay off in the future.
Many people are in this space for different reasons, but if history has taught us anything, it's that those who pay attention during the early evolution of technology can benefit immensely if they invest wisely.
Repeating the past
Take the personal computer revolution; individuals and businesses who invested in companies like Apple and Microsoft in their infancy are now reaping the rewards of their foresight. Or consider the internet boom of the '90s, where early stakes in companies like Amazon and eBay turned into massive fortunes as these platforms grew to dominate global commerce.
The same is seen in the rise of social media, where early backers of Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter became part of a new wave of communication that reshaped our world. The mobile technology surge further exemplifies this, as early investments in smartphone technology have paid off significantly.
Now, we're in the era of cryptocurrency, and I'm here, a bag holder by choice. I recognized the way the world works, where technology and finance converge to shape our future. Holding assets like Bitcoin for its promise of safety, and Hive for its blend of crypto and community governance, I'm positioned at the forefront of this ongoing evolution.
Just as early adopters in the PC era, the internet, social media, and mobile tech became part of transformative movements, I believe firmly in the transformative power of cryptocurrency. And these choices, these 'bags' I hold, represent more than just assets鈥攖hey are tickets to participate in the shaping of our collective future.
Why I believe
As I look to the future, my conviction only grows stronger. I see a landscape ripe with opportunity, a horizon teeming with possibilities yet to be discovered. The stories of past tech revolutions are being written anew with blockchain and cryptocurrencies. The blueprints of tomorrow are being crafted today, and in this grand design, we all have a role to play.
Yes, I am a 'bag holder'鈥攁 curator of dreams, a harbinger of change, a participant in a revolution that is still unfolding. And as we march into this uncharted territory, I carry my 'bags' with pride, anticipating the day when we look back at these early days of cryptocurrency with the same reverence and awe reserved for the pioneers of the digital world. For in every token, every transaction, and every stake, lies the seed of a future we are all creating together.
