Hey guys!
Top of the weekend to you and yours.
So I鈥檝e been hearing about a proposal from Splinterlands, requesting for some crazy amount of money from the DHF. I鈥檓 not sure about the figures so I won鈥檛 mention. But it鈥檚 causing a stir so it has to be really huge.
That鈥檚 not the only interesting thing, the interesting thing is that if the funding is not approved, Splinterlands might leave Hive 馃槼
Shocking yes.
But to where?
I see many people saying Splinterlands will be better off on other chains. Jeez I wonder if these people have stepped outside one chain before. Do you know how hard it is for a new project from another community to gain traction within a new environment?
I understand and agree that the Splinterlands team has done so much for hive, but leaving hive because they don鈥檛 get funded is a double edged sword I can bet you on that.
Hive loosing Splinterlands too isn鈥檛 exactly something nice, I propose that both communities come together to brainstorm a way that can be mutually beneficial.
In my opinion, both need each other.
