Another App In The Bag

Guysssss Ai is bursting my brainnnnnn. So my church group leader gave me some work to do a couple of months ago, collate bio data of our group members, organize them into an excel sheet and send them birthday messages.

Sounds easy right? But it’s not so easy when you have over 50 members with new ones showing up everyday. Now you guys know I’ve been dabbling with vibe coding so guess what, I just did it again, here’s what I did.

Built a clean, modern web app—in minutes, not months on lovable.dev. And yes, it does exactly what we need:

• Automatically stores names, phone numbers, and birthdays of group members
• Lets us add new members on the fly as the list grows
• Sends personalized birthday messages via SMS or email
• Organizes everything in one place—no more Excel chaos
• Built-in Twilio integration (yep, we’re going full pro)

And the craziest part? I didn’t write a single line of traditional code. AI helped me vibe-code the whole thing with a custom prompt.

Soon as I'm done setting up Twilio (shoutout to my AI assistant who’s walking me through it step by step), we’ll be scheduling birthday messages on autopilot. Pastor no go believe say na me run am 😅

Super interesting thing is that this is only the beginning, we will add features along the way, automate and put our data online and other stuff I haven’t even imagined yet.

So the question is, is this how simple it will be to build apps from here on? Like anybody with a brain will be able to build almost anything anytime with little to no technical experience? Because trust me we didn’t have this 2 years ago, what will the next couple of years look like! Bruhhhhh!
