Yes, busy, busy. But I'm trying to manage my time a little better these days.
Before this, whenever there was no paid work, I could easily just sit in front of my PC for hours, checking and hoping, which isn't very productive and is rather frustrating. So I decided to use my 'off-time' more productively by creating things. Right now, I have some musical projects going (partly AI, because I really don't play instruments other than basic drums and piano, and you don't want to hear me sing or anything, haha) and then the podcast.
The images on eBay came as quite a surprise to me too, to be honest. I started out with 40 different images on the platform, and got maybe 1-2 sales a month from it. I sell them super cheap, and with the eBay costs and fees, I made a whopping 0.35 euros per item. Nothing to write home about.
So I slowly started to increase volume, and slowly saw numbers pick up.
The funny thing is that I had around 80 images listed, and saw very little come back from it, maybe 3-4 euros a week. I added about 15 more, and all of a sudden the sales increased by 3x or so. Most of my sales are brand-new eBay accounts, so I think they do it for the feedback. But who cares who the buyers are?
So now I'm going to add another 50 or so, just to see where it goes. I'm not sure how their algorithm works, so even just as an experiment, it's fun. And money is money. I'm really not complaining about another 40-60 euros extra each month.
And of course! I'll let you know as soon as the podcast launches. I am having a lot of fun with it.
