It seems very well researched, and thorough though has wide reaching implications.
If we take it at face value, without researching any of the actors he names, it brings up more questions than answers, and by being banned on youtube within minutes of upload that just adds fuel to the fire.
Why? Well human psyche, and if you think back, anything the BBC used to ban - be it music or film, then went straight to number 1 in their respective charts or fields.
So maybe those that be, that are the billionaires want us to actually see this video, to make us want to react with anger against government and authority.
Soros funds nearly anything that pits us against authority, not only that, against each other, as it helps the world run it's course of divide and conquer you see.
And if Icke is correct, and we are being led by the nose, for something that simply may not exist, then there is the question thrown up in the air, of how do governments roll this one back?. How do they say we made a mistake, of this massive proportion?
I have come to the conclusion no matter who is right and who is wrong, there is simply nothing I can do about it, as the new normal is shopping in gloves, queuing 6 feet apart outside shops. Elderly not being treated by medical staff. And massive fines for a meeting of more than two people in public.
There can be no revolt when many countries are locked down in martial law.
There can also be no counter argument from scientists, from doctors from any academic, as they stand to lose their jobs, funding and life.
So no mater who is right, who is wrong, there is nothing I/we can do.
With the amount of celebrities, politicians and the like claiming to have had covid-19, like Boris the buffoon Johnson, as he is so fondly known, how does he now say it was all a mistake, we got it wrong, as he, they have crushed the economy, and the debt mountain to be repaid by future generations by tax is beyond comprehension. Admitting they got it wrong would lose the little that is left of goodwill and faith in institutions like government, and also ruin their career and public life.
So as much as I enjoyed Ickes counter argument, as much as it seemed credible, there is still "nothing" little old me, can - do.
