Today exactly 2:20 in the morning, Tiffany is having a restless night. She is panting and fluffing her matt too much and also having a mild shaking.
As I shared last Wednesday on my last blog about Tiffany, titled Tiffany Is Now On Her Due Date Of Pregnancy! 01/17/18, she should be on labor that time but she didn't. Today is Friday and I think she is now in the first stage of her labor.
Based on my research, some common sign of labor in the dog is a drop in body temperature that I think it did happen here earlier, being restlessness (check). She's laying down but later on, she will go somewhere here in our room fluffing floor and her matt. Another sign is being anxious and clingy (check), lack of appetite (no). She always eats even when she gets labor in her first 2 pregnancies.
Whining or other sign of pain. I think yes she is having some pain as she became restless and she's quite like crying when she pant.
Vomiting (no), dilated pupils or staring (check). Vaginal discharge (check) and vaginal bleeding ( not yet).
Do you think she's now on the stage of labor?
On her video, it shows her restlessness, panting, shaking and fluffing mats. I also pressed her nipple to check her milk.
