I simply love this! Definitely learning it doesnt have to happen in a classroom and exactly as you said, sometimes I get this idea myself: that in one day I get to teach my child much more than he could learn in one week at school. Kids absorb information from every environment, structured or not, outside or inside our home. But it's a fact that they learn a lot when they're making new things, and experiment more, having different activities.
