Passion fruit is a vine tropical fruit that comes from different species of plants of the genus Passiflora. It is consumed for its fleshy, sweet, and somewhat acidic pulp, with which we can also prepare ice creams, jam, juice drinks, candies, vegetable salad or any type of salad can also use passion fruit juice extract, and other recipes.
One of my hobbies is gardening, I plant different types of vegetables, some of which are flowers, and fruit tree collections in my backyard like mangoes, avocado, santol, guavas, pomelo, star apple, dragon fruit, jack fruit, and miracle fruit. I have many plants in my garden because I love to plant and I love to eat. I know that it is beneficial and important that plants help us in our daily lives.
First, our body becomes healthy and strong if we eat fruits and vegetables every day. The plant gives shadows and fresh air also purifies the air. And it helps me to save my budget because I don't need to buy in the market such fruits and vegetables I have in my garden. Plants that I have in my garden are very useful for my family and I also share them with others.
During the pandemic first time that I saw and tasted the passion fruit juice extract that was made by my friend it was very interesting for me because I liked the taste. The passion fruit juice extract that I tasted was a very refreshing and delicious drink paired with biscuits.
From then on I asked my friend how can I plant the passion fruit. I want to have it also in my garden of passion fruit because I like it tastes so good. She gave me some seeds and I put them in the soil and took care of them. Now I am happy that I have it in my garden too and bearing fruit all the time.
I am blessed that I have a plant of Passion fruit in my garden. The type of passion fruit that I have is color green, if it is not ripe. When it is getting ripe the color turns to yellow. The shape is circular and oval. It contains many seeds surrounded by a gelatinous and tasty pulp.

The passion fruit tastes sour a little bit sweet and watery. Many kids or even adults like to eat fresh fruit. Passion fruits have many health benefits:

THE PASSION FRUIT FLOWER
It is a nice-looking flower. The base of the flower is a rich purple with 5 stamens. The outer petals are surrounded by a feathery corona with five prominent yellow-green stamens extending from the center. Attached to a cross at the top of the stamen are three long and thin stigmas.

MY PASSION FRUIT JUICE EXTRACT
INGREDIENTS
•4 pcs. Of passion fruit- take out the pulp using the spoon
•1 liter mineral water - add more liquid
•3 tablespoons of sugar -depending on your taste for sweetness
•Ice - to make cold drinks
HOW TO PREPARE THE PASSION FRUIT JUICE?
Wash the passion fruits.
Cut it in half and use a spoon to remove the pulp from the rind.
Put the passion fruit pulp in the strainer then use a spoon to press to get the juice.
In a jar put all the ingredients the sugar, water, and ice.
Stir it in two to three minutes until the sugar dissolves. Then it is ready to serve.
This passion fruit juice extract is a very delicious and nutritious drink It is good for our body with numerous health benefits It is also good for children it is a natural drink and has no preservatives it is a healthy drink.
THE USES OF PASSION FRUIT SEEDS
Passion fruit seeds are used for making oil that is used as an aromatic agent in foods as well as a moisturizing agent for skin.
Passion fruit seeds are used for propagation. Put them into the good soil the seeds of passion fruit and wait for 6 to 9 days the seeds will sprout. Then wait about 3 to 4 weeks You can transfer them one by one to separate and ready to plant individually. If already planted in good soil it is good. Then wait it is about one year it will give you the first fruit.
