It's going into the final round. For the 188th time, the Oktoberfest is celebrated in Munich/Germany. It ends on October 3, but before that I want to show you a few impressions!

A Ferris wheel should not be missing at any folk festival!
Ein Riesenrad darf auf keinem Volksfest fehlen!
The Paulaner Tower, with the spinning Ma脽krug (mug) on top, is the most popular photo motif for Wiesn visitors next to the Ferris wheel and thus a landmark of the Oktoberfest.
Der Paulaner Turm, mit dem sich drehenden Ma脽krug auf der Spitze, ist neben dem Riesenrad das beliebteste Fotomotiv f眉r die Wiesnbesucher und somit ein Wahrzeichen des Oktoberfests.
The German crossbow shooting championships have been held in this tent during the Oktoberfest since 1935. This beautiful tradition continues to this day at the adjacent shooting range.
In diesem Zelt werden seit 1935 die deutschen Meisterschaften im Armbrustschie脽en w盲hrend des Oktoberfestes ausgetragen. Diese sch枚ne Tradition wird bis heute in der angrenzenden Schie脽anlage fortgef眉hrt.
The 37 meter high L枚wenbr盲u tower shows you the direction. It is a popular meeting place. From there, you swarm into the tents or across the festival grounds.
Der 37 Meter hohe L枚wenbr盲u-Turm zeigt Euch die Richtung an. Es ist ein beliebter Treffpunkt. Von dort schw盲rmt man in die Zelte oder 眉ber das Festgel盲nde aus.

Wollt Ihr Euch etwas gruseln? Dann nichts wie ab in die Geisterbahn!!
The "Bavaria" statue, a bronze figure, is the secular patron saint of the Bavarians. She also stands on the Oktoberfest grounds. The hill to the left and right of her is unfortunately also called "Vomit Hill", because many Oktoberfest visitors pass out there (etc) due to their intoxication.馃槒
Die "Bavaria", eine Bronzefigur, ist die weltliche Patronin der Bayern. Sie steht auch auf dem Oktoberfestgel盲nde. Der H眉gel links und rechts von Ihr wird auch leider als "Kotzh眉gel" bezeichnet,da viele Oktoberfestbesucher dort Ihren Rausch ausschlafen und auch die zuviel getunkene Ma脽 wieder auskotzen.馃槒
Now let's move on to my personal favorite place at the Oktoberfest, namely the oide Wiesn. Also known as the "old Oktoberfest!
Kommen wir nun zu meinem pers枚nlichen Lieblingsplatz auf dem Oktoberfest,n盲mlich die oide Wiesn.
If you take a seat in one of the historic rides you can experience real Bavarian customs and get an idea of how the Oktoberfest used to be.
Wer in einem der historischen Fahrgesch盲fte Platz nimmt kann echtes bayrisches Brauchtum erleben und bekommt eine Ahnung davon, wie das Oktoberfest fr眉her einmal war.
There are three large festival tents at the old Wiesn (Sch眉tzenlisl is one of them) with a traditional character.
Es gibt auf der alten Wiesn drei gro脽e Festzelte (Sch眉tzenlisl ist eins davon) mit traditionellem Charakter.
Of course, the physical well-being is also provided here by good food!
Nat眉rlich wird auch hier f眉r das leibliche Wohl durch gutes Essen gesorgt!
Even unhealthy food is offered (french fries and sausages, etc), but at least it is packaged cute and friendly (look closely at the front of the building).馃槈
Auch nicht so gesundes essen wird angeboten.(Pommes und W眉rstchen etc.), aber es wird zumindest niedlich und freundlich verpackt.馃槈
To crown the whole Oktoberfest spectacle, I'm sorry to tell you that it's not a cheap trip. Beer price ("Ma脽" = 1 liter) is between 12.60 euros and 14.80 euros. A liter of water costs 10 euros. Ferris wheel also costs 10 euros. A half(Bio) chicken from 19.90 euros and a roast pork is between 18.20 euros and 33.80 euros. (Maybe eat something at home before you go to the Oktoberfest, otherwise your credit card will glow).馃槀

Um dem ganzen Oktoberfestspektakel die Krone aufzusetzen, muss ich Euch leider mitteilen das es kein g眉nstiger Ausflug ist. Bierpreis (Ma脽= 1 Liter) liegt zwischen 12,60 Euro und 14,80 Euro. Ein Liter Wasser kostet 10 Euro. Riesenrad kostet auch 10 Euro. Ein halbes(Bio)Hendl ab 19,90 Euro und ein Schweinebraten liegt zwischen 18,20 Euro und 33,80 Euro.(Vielleicht etwas zu Hause essen, bevor man auf's Oktoberfest geht, ansonsten gl眉ht die Kreditkarte.)馃槀
