First transaction was fine, but 10 days ago i sent 10$ of bitcoins. And what happend?. Transaction decline even with the bitcoin sent to their account.
Okey, no problem we can solve this right?
WRONG!
They will send you the same email as answer for yours always, don't spec someone to read it coz you just got fucked.
I've made a lot of research, everyone complains with the same reason over an over again. Customer support is a ghost town, no one will answer you.
This is whats happend when you send them a email
First email.
"You should expect a response from us within one business day. Our NETELLER Customer Service Agents will answer your email in the order that it was received."
Second email
"Thank you for contacting us.

Is always the same story, you can wait month coz nobody there gives a fuck
