Today I will share my experience of a very exciting and interesting Guild Brawl match in Splinterlands, one of the most popular card games in the world based on blockchain. Guild Brawl in Splinterlands is a very prestigious competition, because here the player has to fight not only for himself, but also for the honor and points of the entire guild. Recently, I defeated the opponent in a guild match in just 3 rounds using extraordinary strategy. This article presents the full analysis of that battle.
This memorable battle took place between my account @mirzaiqi and the powerful opponent
@pritetarit.
The most important thing before entering the battle was its mana cap. The mana cap in this match was 64, which is considered a large mana cap. Having such a large mana cap meant that both players had complete freedom to field the most powerful and high-damage monsters from their DEF.
I carefully set up my team with the advantage of having 64 mana capping and all elements open. The opponent @pritetarit usually likes to play with Earth and defensive DEF, so I decided to create an eye-catching combination of offensive Fire and Dragon elements.
Put a strong tank monster in the front, which can handle the opponent's initial damage.
Put high-damage Magic and Melee attackers in the back row.
Use the Speed and Armor buffs to put pressure on the opponent from the beginning.
Round-by-round battle description:
As the match began, the Summoners of both teams used their magical powers to increase the power of their monsters. As soon as Round 1 began, my fast monsters struck first at the opponent. My magic attackers began to inflict serious damage on the opponent's front-line tanks. The opponent also tried to counterattack, but they could not do much due to my speed and armor advantages. By the end of the first round, the opponent's defenses were weakened.
Round 2 was the main attraction of the match. In this round, my attacking monsters launched powerful attacks one after another, destroying the opponent's main cards one by one. The damage that the opponent's monsters were trying to deal completely failed in front of my strong health and armor. Before Round 2 ended, the opponent's main attackers were defeated and control of the match was completely in my hands.
In round 3, the game became completely one-sided. The few weak monsters that remained in the opponent's hands were no match for my powerful fire and dragon attacks. During the third round, the last monster of the opponent was defeated and the much-awaited word flashed on the screen— "VICTORY!".
According to statistics, in just 3 rounds (Rounds: 3), I completely crushed the opponent and took a remarkable victory. With this great victory, I was able to earn important points for my guild "YGG Brawlers (Niðavellir)".
Winning in Splinterlands does not only depend on having good cards; it also depends on the right summoner selection according to the mana cap, monster positioning, and foresight. The decision to use an aggressive fire and dragon combination with a 64 mana cap was the real key to my victory in this battle. Hopefully this battle report will help other Splinterlands players develop better strategies in Guild Brawl.
