Greeting everyone. Those who regularly play the Splinterlands game know how important Guild Brawl is. With the Merits you get from playing Brawl, you can buy great items from the Guild Store. Recently, I used the Merits I accumulated to buy 3 Gladius Cases from the Guild Shop and some necessary Booster Stones to improve the quality of the cards. Today's general discussion is about that experience and what cards I got.
Before opening the pack, I made some preparatory purchases. I had a total of 7,555 Merits in my account. First, I bought 3 Gladius Cases at a price of 2,000 Merits each, which cost me a total of 6,000 Merits. Then, I bought 15 Blood Stones to double my chances of getting Legendary cards when opening the cards. After getting an 8 percent Guild Lodge discount, it cost me 825 Merits. At the same time, I bought 9 Power Stones to increase my chances of getting a Gold Foil card, which cost 666 Merits with the discount. After the purchase, I had some Merits left in my account and I was ready to open the packs.
After opening the first pack, I got some good cards. Among them was the rare card Cotripus Bain of the Water element. I also got the powerful card Chimney Wallstop of the Fire element and the Witch of Warwick of the Death element, which has the Life Leech ability. In addition to these cards, the first pack also included two common quality cards named Bartrol Gibson and Helmet Kharafax. Getting a rare card from the first pack was a good start.
Then I opened the second pack. My luck in this pack was a little better than the first because I could collect two rare cards from here. The first of these was the very popular magic card Captain Katie of the Life element, which plays a very effective role during the fight. The other rare card was the Water Element Relenor Cleaver. Along with these two rare cards, I got the Death Element Whistling Demon, the Fire Element Crash Wonderford, and the Life Element Helmet Kharafax in this pack.
Finally, I decided to open the third pack. I was able to get two rare cards from this pack as well. The first rare card was the Earth Element Paladin Ruck, which basically works great as a tank. The second rare card was the Relenor Cleaver, which I got once in the second pack. Apart from these two rare cards, the other three cards were the Water Element Yzgald Vorst, the Earth Element card Catrelba Gibson with double attack and sneak ability, and the Death Element Witch of Warwick.
Overall, I got a total of 5 rare cards from the 3 packs. Although I didn't get any legendary or gold foil cards this time, the cards I did get will help strengthen my team in Guild Brawl. We know that Gladiator cards cannot be traded because they are soulbound, but they play a big role in improving your performance in-game battles. I'm ending today's discussion here with the intention of opening the pack again to accumulate more merits in the future.
