Kerbals Space Program (KSP) is a game which tasks you to build a spacecraft, and fly your crew out into space without getting them killed. It puts at your disposal, an assortment of parts you must assemble in order to create a functional ship. Each of these has its own function and affects the ship’s ability to fly differently.

The game allows you to choose between different modes, including the Sandbox mode, if your only interest is to fly and discover the Kerbal Universe without restriction, the Career mode, if you prefer expanding and managing your own space Center, taking on missions and researching new technologies. Then there is a third, the science mode, a sort of mix between the first two.

What makes the KSP a must have game is that all of its technology exists in the real world. It is a great game for children, and even adults to build interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.

So why not trap yourself in, and run a space program of your own?
