Un delicioso compartir [ESP/ENG]

Una vez más, me es grato volver a saludarles y desearles bienestar a todos en esta comunidad #HIVE Hoy les traigo un hermoso compartir con mi vecina @rosmeris21 en donde preparamos nuestro almuerzo juntas, fue genial esta convivencia.

Once again, I am pleased to return to greet you and wish you all well in this community #HIVE Today I bring you a beautiful sharing with my neighbor @rosmeris21 where we prepared our lunch together, it was great this coexistence.

Para realizar este compartir, también tuvo que ver con la participación del regalo que nos hizo @elizabeths14 un día con anticipación. Se trata de un pescado llamado cojinuas o también llamadas caballas, como se le dice acá en Ecuador.

A todos nosotros nos encanta este tipo de pescado porque es bastante carnudo, de escasas espinas, y en especial a mi esposo le encanta. Eli me había dicho
'mami te tengo unas caritas` porque no recordaba su nombre, y me dice pero aun están con su tripas, lo que quiso decir que me regalaba los peces, pero me tocaría la mejor parte, limpiarlas, y fue así.

To make this sharing, it also had to do with the participation of the gift that @elizabeths14 gave us one day in advance. It is a fish called cojinuas or also called mackerel, as it is called here in Ecuador.

We all love this type of fish because it is quite fleshy, with few bones, and my husband especially loves it. Eli had told me
Mommy I have some little faces for you` because I did not remember their name, and he told me but they are still with their guts, which meant that he was giving me the fish, but I would have to do the best part, clean them, and so it was.

Eli había destinado cuatro para ella, tres para @rosmeris21 y cuatro para mi, según la cantidad de personas que somos en cada hogar. Además ella bien sabe que mínimo yo me comería dos. Así que al otro día me dispuse a realizar mi trabajo.

Para esto ya @rosmeris21 sabía que habían tres para ella, ella y yo somos vecinas, vivimos en el mismo edificio y piso, pero departamento diferente, ella tiene nevera y yo no, ya que mis cosas están en Venezuela, en mi casa allá y es por eso que ahí donde guardo todas mis presas. Ella se levantó temprano y puso a descongelar hasta más tarde iniciar con esta tarea muy sabrosa, pero a la vez uno queda bien perfumada 😜 😜 😜 sobre todo las uñas hay que darle un lavado muy especial.

Así que armamos una mesa afuera en la terraza en donde hay un balcón, puse bastante periódicos, mis bandejas de agua, sal, mi adobo, la tabla de picar, por supuesto mi delantal y manos a la obra. Eran once peces, cuando vi que eran cojinuas mi cerrazón rebosaba de alegría, pues son más fácil su limpieza.

Eli had set aside four for her, three for @rosmeris21 and four for me, according to the number of people in each household. Besides, she knows that I would eat at least two. So the next day I set out to do my job.

For this @rosmeris21 already knew that there were three for her, she and I are neighbors, we live in the same building and floor, but different apartment, she has a fridge and I do not, since my things are in Venezuela, in my house there and that is why there where I keep all my prey. She got up early and put to defrost until later start with this very tasty task, but at the same time one is well perfumed 😜 😜 😜 especially the nails you have to give them a very special wash.

So we set up a table outside on the terrace where there is a balcony, I put enough newspapers, my water trays, salt, my marinade, the chopping board, of course my apron and let's get to work. There were eleven fish, when I saw that they were cushions my heart was overflowing with joy, because they are easier to clean.

Así que procedí a limpiarlas una a una y adobarlas y a limpiar todo el lugar. Luego procedimos a sacar la bombona de gas con una cocineta de dos hornilla que tiene @rosmeris21 y comenzamos a cocinar primero los pescados, luego ella cocinó las tajadas y el arroz, y la ensalada la hizo mi hija Sarah. Todo fue un compartir las tareas, mientras @rosmeris21 tenía a Santiago su niño metido bañándose en una ponchera (tina) con juguetes para que se entretuviera.

Todo esto lo hicimos afuera de nuestros departamentos, para que no se pegue los olores de fritura de pescado a la ropa, por más que se haga todo ordenadamente, se use limón, se ponga lo que se ponga este olor no es fácil, por eso, esta tarea es mejor hacerlo afuera de la casa.

So I proceeded to clean them one by one and marinate them and clean the whole place. Then we proceeded to take out the gas cylinder with a two burner stove that @rosmeris21 has and started cooking the fish first, then she cooked the slices and rice, and the salad was made by my daughter Sarah. It was all a sharing of chores, while @rosmeris21 had Santiago, her little boy, bathing in a tub with toys to keep him entertained.

We did all this outside our apartments, so that the fish frying smells don't stick to the clothes, no matter how tidy everything is done, no matter how much lemon is used, no matter what you put on, this smell is not easy, that's why this task is better done outside the house.

Desde que vivimos cerca las dos familias, tenemos eso de compartir, conversamos siempre, una cosa que caracteriza mucho a rosmeris21 es su sonrisa, ella puede tener un dolor y es bien raro que se le note, lo bueno es que nos tenemos confianza y más que vecina somos amigas, a veces nos encerramos en nuestra habitaciones que no sabemos si estamos ahí o hemos salido, aunque en realidad quien sale más, soy yo, porque voy a casa de Eli a cuidar a mis nietos.

Luego de haber terminado con nuestra faena del día, procedimos a guardar nuestras cosas y a dejar el lugar que usamos limpio. Y fuimos a almorzar nuestra deliciosa cojinua (pescado) con arroz, tajadas y una ensalada deliciosa con lechuga, pepino, tomate y aguacate, fue toda una delicia.

Disfruté almorzar mis deliciosas cojinuas y después de haber terminado con nuestra faena, cada una se dedico a lo suyo, por supuesto me di un gran baño para quitarme esos olores, pues más tarde debía recibir a alguien que venía hablar conmigo, también le guarde la parte de mi esposo que al llegar disfruto de su pescado favorito. Así concluyó todo este día.

Since we have been living close to each other, we always talk, one thing that characterizes Rosmeris21 is her smile, she can have a pain and it is very rare that it is noticed, the good thing is that we trust each other and more than neighbors we are friends, sometimes we lock ourselves in our rooms and we don't know if we are there or if we have gone out, although in reality who goes out more is me, because I go to Eli's house to take care of my grandchildren.

After we were done with our chores for the day, we proceeded to put our things away and leave the place we used clean. And we went to have our delicious cojinua (fish) for lunch with rice, slices and a delicious salad with lettuce, cucumber, tomato and avocado, it was a delight.

I enjoyed eating my delicious cojinuas for lunch and after we finished with our chores, each one did their own thing, of course I took a big bath to get rid of those smells, because later I had to receive someone who came to talk to me, I also saved the part of my husband that when he arrived he enjoyed his favorite fish. That was the end of the day.
