1. 거래 지역별 태그 구분의 어떤 의미 인가요? 

1. What does tag segmentation mean by transaction area? 

만약에 상품등록이 많아지면 스팀잇 게시판이 번잡해 보일 수 있어서, 게시판 질서유지와 배송관련 편의를 위해 구분한 것입니다. 위치에 관계없이 전체다 가능한 경우에는 usedmarket-int 태그를 사용하시면 됩니다. 한국내에서 거래하고 싶은데.. 외국 사람이 구매 해도 상관없다면, usedmarket-kr하고 usedmarket-int 두개를 사용하면 됩니다. 

If there are a lot of product registration, Steemit bulletin board may seem to be crowded and chaotic, so it is classified for maintenance of order and convenience of shipping. You can use the “usedmarket-int” tag if you can trade everywhere, regardless of location. Basically, you want to trade in Korea, but If you do not care about country, you can use “usedmarket-kr” tag and “usedmarket-int” tag 

2. International tag를 사용할 경우 언어 소통에 문제가 있을 듯합니다.

가급적 영어를 사용하고, 구글 번역기의 도움을 받으면 될 듯합니다만..소통에 자신이 없으면.. 본인이 있는 로컬 지역만 하시면 될 듯합니다.^^ 추후에 수요가 있으면. 영어/일어/중국어 까지는 언어 서비스를 제공해드릴 수 있습니다.  

Use English as much as possible and you can get help from Google translator. If you are not confident in your communication, you can just use local area tag. If there is a demand in the future, we can provide language service to English / Japanese / Chinese. 

3. 판매게시물 양식 대로 등록한다 하더라도, 나중에 많아지면 원하는 상품을 찾는게 힘들 꺼 같아요.

시스템 개발을 통해서, 상품 카테고리별로 검색할 수 있는 기능을 추가할 예정입니다.

4. 물품 거래 과정, 특히 배송 과정에서 많은 문제들이 생길 수 있을 텐데요?

가급적 배송과정에 문제가 없을 물품을 우선으로 거래하는 것을 추천 드리며. 그 과정 상에서 생기는 문제는 판매자와 구매자 양 당사자가 협의를 해야 할 부분입니다. 

We recommend that you first trade items that are not problematic in the delivery process. The problem that arises in the process is the part that both the seller and the buyer should discuss. 

5. 원래 에스크로는 대금 전체를 예치하는 것으로 아는데.. 10%와 90%로 구분한 의미는 무엇인가요?

판매자의 신뢰성 문제도 있지만, 구매자분도 나쁜 행동할 수 있기 때문에 이를 방지 하고자 하는.. 구매자의 최소한의 구매의사 표현으로 보시면 될 듯합니다. 이를 통해서 판매자에 메모로 배송 요청을 하는 역할을 합니다. 

In addition to the reliability problem of the seller, since the buyer can also behave badly, 10% payment is buyer's minimum purchase expression. And it means that the buyer start to request delivery with 10% payment. 

6. 수수료율이 3%라면 너무 높은 것 아닌가요?

스팀잇에서 성장을 위한 큐레이팅 지원 부분도 이 프로젝트의 한 부분입니다.. 보통 거래를 하면 평균 두 달에 1번 정도 거래를 한다고 했을 때, 수수료율이 너무 낮으면..큐레이팅 서비스 부분이 많이 퇴색되게 됩니다. 물건 구매하면서 안전거래 보장도 받고..또 유효한 적립도 한다는 개념으로 보시면 될 듯합니다. 구매자의 거래 실적을 집계해서 200SBD당 같은 요율로 큐레이팅 지원을 통해서 보상을 해드립니다. 지금은 버전1.0이라 추후에는 또 다른 좋은 방법도 고려 중 입니다. 

The curation support for growth in Steemit is also part of this project. If people trade once every two months in average, if the commission rate is too low, The reward become trivial amount and curating service is not meaningful. You can get a guarantee of safe transaction while purchasing something. You can also see it as a concept that you also save valid point. We will compensate you through the support of the curator at the same rate per 200SBD by counting the transaction performance of the buyer. Now version 1.0, we are considering another good method in the future. 

7. 개인정보관련해서 게시판에 기재 하는게 좀 문제가 있지 않을까요?

판매자 분이 배송정보를 받기위해서 판매자 연락처만 잠깐 기재하고..삭제하는 방식입니다만.. 블록체인 때문에 이 부분이 좀 석연치 않으신 듯 하내요.. 별도의 통신수단(스팀챗의 다이렉트 채팅이나 카톡 등)을 통하셔도 무방합니다. 

In order for the seller to receive the delivery information, the seller write briefly his own contact information on sales post and then delete it right away. However because Steemit is blockchain based community site, It looks like you are concerned. You can use the other communication method like SteemChat, Kakao and etc.

8. SBD의 가치 변동이 많을 경우 사용성에 제한이 있지 않을까요?

비트코인이 실물거래에 잘 사용되지 않는 것도 그런 이유일 텐데요.. 그래도 스팀잇 회원들 끼리는 최소한 스팀달러을 실물 유통화폐로 사용해보자는 취지가 있습니다. 거래 가격의 결정은 당연히 거래성립 당시의 요율로 결정하시면 될테구요..

9. 거래의 취소나 환불시에는 문제점이 없을까요?

제품의 손상이나 오작동 등 거래가 취소되어야 할 경우…누구의 책임이냐를 이야기하는 게 있을 수 있는데.. 배송과정의 문제인지.. 포장이 부실해서 그런 건지.. 원래 문제 있던 거 였는지.. 아니면 구매자의 사용법 부주의로 문제가 생긴 건지는 사실 판단하기 굉장히 힘든 부분입니다만.. 그래도 양당사자끼리 합의를 보셔야합니다..^^;; 그래서 전자제품과 같은 작동에 민감한 제품일 경우는 판매자분께서 배송전에 반드시 정상작동 여부를 확인한 근거를 가지고 계시는게 좋습니다.

It is so difficult to know if there is a problem with the shipping process or if the packaging is poor, or whether it was the original problem ... or the buyer's carelessness. You still have to agree between the parties. Therefore, if the product is sensitive to operation, such as electronic products, it is recommended that the seller have a basis for confirming normal operation before shipping.
