Trapped in my own world,
Which is constantly in a swirl,
Whirling all my thoughts and feelings,
Forever invalidating all my dealings,
Tiring me to the last,
And most times leaving me aghast.
In a world that I alone know,
Deep down my heart below.
I wander not knowing where to go,
Then I see a light aglow,
Though faraway I feel strongly attracted,
But by my thoughts and emotions I am distracted.
As I close my eyes,
My emotions are thrown in a belie.
Trying so hard to coordinate,
I put my thoughts in a cabinet.
So hard I try,
But all turns out in an awry.
