Hey there :)

While reading your post, I had the impression that you were writing about the healthcare system in Spain. 😅

I am a freelancer and pay a monthly quota of 315 euros, which allows me to work plus it covers the public health care system. There is no major difference in quality between it and private health care if one has to undergo treatments for some serious issues or surgeries, I trust them and never thought about paying additionally for the private health care. And I won't 😁. But yeah, the thing is the waiting time... since last summer, I have been waiting for the appointment for the MRI of my hip. Last week, I got a message that a private hospital will contact me to do it, so yes, I already got the appointment for the MRI for tomorrow morning, and I don't have to pay additionally for that. It seems it is a new measure to cut down on the waiting time, an agreement between the public and private health care systems, or who knows what is behind this... My husband also had to choose a private hospital for a surgery he has been waiting for months, so we will see how it will go when they call him.

I hope your elbow will do great, even in less than a month and then - enjoy surfing again! :))
