Now, I am a very sensitive person. I don't know how to handle destructive criticism when it comes from someone who claims to love me.

Here's another one. It is not easy to receive destructive criticism from loved ones, actually, I don't think anyone can handle it easily. The positive criticism, that serves as a tool to improve is another thing :))
