You are very attentive and observe this attitude that should not be the norm, but unfortunately, many people all over the world have become blind to social indisciplines for example. It is not just in Cuba. Nobody (ok, let's not generalize but...) pays attention to the garbage that is thrown in the streets or in nature, which is sad. The other day I saw a man throwing to the ground his empty pack of cigarettes, as if it was the most normal gesture. Maybe I start going with garbage bags and pick up the thrown papers and bottles haha. Once I participated in such an event organized by the local people, we recollected thrown bottles and papers from a dry river bed that is leading to the sea. But that action was never repeated, which is a pity.
