It is good to have a little green corner on the balcony as you have. I do not have any aromatic plants, although it crossed my mind several times. I even thought about cherry tomatoes... but I think I was too lazy to plant them hahah, so I have just succulents; they give me the "garden" feeling on my balcony :D

I have two similar plants that have the same small leaves on the edges of the big leaves that fall into the soil and grow by themselves. Your one could be Kalanchoe daigremontiana 'Mother of Thousands' as I found it here searching by the shape of the leaves
