That's a good decision. If you would rent it out, you would get some payment, which would be also good, but if you don't have confidence and you fear that your property would be damaged, then it is better to leave it to the family to take care of it. It is a nice place, I hope one day you will be able to live there and enjoy your investment. As a small reminder, don't forget to interact with people here on hive, I would say it is vital.
