Wait! You had your band with two friends? WOW, what a great surprise!

Although those circumstances you describe were on while I was in my early teenage days, I can relate exactly to what I read from your booklet. We were so messed up, all of us. Later too. Having a band, or it can be another way of artistic expression, is a great way to build your mind... hope it helped you to come through those times and phases. Teenage time is difficult by itself and combined with those circumstances even more. But, hey, it made you have your band and record the music in a studio!! That is awesome!
So, why wouldn't we write the phrases from the booklet in English? I hope you dont mind that it is coming now in this way:

Due to well-learned contempt, I rarely drop my voice today, even when it hurts the most, no. Chest pressure like a pressure pot destroys consciousness and the gates do not release memories. No.
