What does it do??
on hive, you cant have more than 100% voting power. This system waits till your voting power is about to go to waste, then prevents that waste to support the group.
who gets voted
it prevents abuse by tracking who votes and whos received votes, all you need to do is keep posting and youll get your votes based on your queue position. it will slow down when youre overpaid and speed up otherwise, you will get all your outstanding votes as fast as possible so all you have to do to catch up with votes is keep posting.
letting it vote and posting is how you optimize your accounts growth

we use standard authentication mechanisms provided by the blockchain, we use standard singing tools as provided by the blockchains documentation, you can leave at any time, the tools we use to join are easy to inspect, and we do not keep any of our users keys
