The link was an amusing read. So if rules don't exist to stop you parking on your own grass in your neighbourhood, then someone might start a tyre fire? Plenty of people where I live park on their grass when they run out of other space, yet no-one seems to have felt the need to start a tyre fire. 🤷‍♀️
