Why are there no people disinfecting shopping trolleys, ATM machines?

They actually do that here. Not as much now as at first. There are disinfectant trolley wipes for the customers at all the supermarkets, so I think they just leave it for them to do now. They also wear disposable gloves at the checkout. At one point the cashier had to clean between each customer. They disinfect the baskets as they collect them and return them to the entrance for use.

I couldnt get my card in the ATM today (it had been blocked off) and had to try and figure out where to scan it for contactless transactions. Still had to touch the buttons and screen, though, so not sure how that helps.
