The usual suspects I see. Looks like leaf miner in your second photo, although it's a little hard to see. This one I find hardest to deal with.
I actually avoid any spray if at all possible (by manual removal and hosing), because it doesn't discriminate between the good and the bad bugs. Over the years I've gotten a better balance and don't have as many issues. Having said that, this year I have had a case of leaf miner on my orange tree which I'm not getting under control. Probably because I'm not getting to it often enough to get rid of them before they pupate and hatch out of the leaf. We've got the wood burner on now, I should probably trim all affected branches and burn them.
