Might I suggest posting to niche communities rather than general ones like Gems first, then cross posting to Gems after, if you feel the need. Cross posts are generally ignored, unless posted by someone other than the writer, and you are more likely to get an audience and reward from curators like ocd in a niche community. Hive gaming, for example, is in the ocd incubation program and I could have nominated you in the Cross culture community too, if your original had been posted here.

Try, also, to tag more for your content. People do search pertinent tags, but they don't look under #ocd and I suspect that upmewhale and appreciator don't check those tags either.
