I think it could be a data issue with dextools.
When I look at the dextools chart, it shows the last transaction to be at 05:08 this morning and the current price to be $0.739.
I can find this transaction on page 3 of the bscscan explorer:
However page 1 of the bscscan explorer shows more recent CUB BUSD transactions:

So the volume / volatility / slippage could still be there.
Based on this my guess is the dextools chart looks "flat" because it is not picking up all the trades. And maybe prior to the 18th it did a better job of picking up all the trades so looks more volatile (although this is guesswork / speculation).
