Freelancing means to work as an independent company rather than be employed by someone else. In this blog i am going to share about freelancing. What freelancing is. How can one be successful in freelancing. What's the difference between freelancing job and normal job. So let's start.
Freelancing is the process of making money by reaching out to clients online by concluding work contracts with different clients online from home. Maybe I am not able to make it clear. I am trying to make it more easy.
And the person who does freelancing is known as " Freelancer". Freelance, freelancer, or freelance worker, are terms commonly used for a person who is self-employed and not necessarily committed to a particular employer long-term.
Generally after completing his graduation ,he gives CV to companies to get job. Then they check the CV properly. Then if he eligible he gets the job. Then he gets salary for doing a timely work from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
For doing freelancing,he do the same work. There are many sectors. Then by checking his experiences and likes ,he can apply in different online freelancing marketplace. Then client choose him for the job by thinking is he eligible for this or not. For that reason freelancing can be recognised as a job too.
But there are very differences between freelancing job and normal job. In normal job you have to do your job regularly and timely. If you are unable to do so then you will be fired. Also if you you are not able to do they work properly you will have to get pressure. Your boss will ask you for your work.
But in the case of freelancing carrier , there are nothing like that. Here you can work independently. You can work when you like it, again if you don't like to do this now, you can skip this. Also there are some more benefits. That's why freelancing is called as "Free work." Also people likes to do freelancing.
Again there is nothing divided like men and women in freelancing. As some women cant do work in office. There are many reasons like family instructions etc etc. But a women can do freelancing from home. Is perfect for a woman. But it is not much easy. But if she try ,she will be able to successful.
But there are problem too. If you want to be successful in financing you cant neglect work. You have to be a little serious. Iff your mind is set up as you will work independently ,then you will not be able to successful in anything. Same thing in freelancing. If you don't work timely and you won't be able to become a perfect freelancer. The more time you spend in the freelancing marketplace and the more regular contact you have with clients, the more you can earn by freelancing. At the same time, the client will feel more comfortable working with you if you work independently and maintain time like a normal job.
