Yeah, it comes through the habit but I think the most influencing factor for me is the responsibility/reason for which I need to save my money. The difference I can see between today's me and the one a couple of years back says it all, from a spender, I have become a saver and the main reason is the responsibilities I have on myself that don't let me spend unnecessarily as I need them ahead.
