For the first one i wanna say unity is strength, no matter how much bigger your opponent is,if you guys are united then you will be able to give a fight.

For the second one i do agree with you totally. In childhood i used to put my hand or something before the way of ants/insects and they didn’t stope, they would find another way to go. They just keep moving on and on. We also should be like this one. We cant stop at any hindrance, we must keep moving.
